"I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ended up spending £1,000 and have not received any response whatsoever."
It has been 10 days and despite sending 3 follow-up emails, I am still awaiting a response regarding a faulty item and a standard return. I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by a brand that I had always held in high regard.

"I purchased a bag at a 25% discount."
I purchased a bag at a 25% discount and immediately sent an email requesting to exchange it for a smaller size. I was informed that they would attempt to accommodate my request, but there was a possibility it may not be possible. Regardless, I was informed that I could return the bag through the returns portal. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information as it turns out that due to it being an exceptional sale, the bag is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. I was unaware that this was allowed in online retail. Other retailers offer discount promotions while still allowing returns if necessary. Additionally, I have not received any responses to my emails regarding this issue, and there is no phone number available for international customers. As a result, I have lost confidence and have no desire to make future purchases from them.

"The customer experience and quality are both lacking."
I bought a supposedly luxurious bag online, only to find out that it was of very low quality. When I returned the bag, I was only refunded the price of the product and not the taxes. It turns out that the taxes are non-refundable, but this information was only mentioned in a hidden section and not clearly stated during the checkout process. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible, both in terms of customer service and the quality of the product.

"I would strongly advise against buying from them unless you are located in the USA."
Hi, I wanted to share my experience with purchasing from Mansur Gavriel since last summer. The products themselves are nice, but the process of getting them is not worth the hassle and effort.
It all started when I ordered a Marimekko pouch, but it couldn't be delivered due to customs issues. To simplify things, I had it delivered to my in-laws in the USA since I didn't need it by a specific date and planned to gift it later anyway.
As an apology, they offered me a 20% discount. Initially, I was hesitant to use it, but they assured me that there would be no issues if I contacted them. So, I decided to take advantage of the discount and placed an order for a wallet on sale. However, this time, my product not only got stuck in customs again, but I also had to pay a fine due to their mishandling. I had to pay the fine upfront, which amounted to about 76% of the price I paid. They promised to call me to apologize and assist me, but that call never came.
They did refund me the extra customs fee, but they didn't compensate me for the numerous calls I had to make (over 20) to a paid DHL number, nor for the time and stress it caused me.
I have purchased from them in the past, including the Veja launch in April and Pascucci limited editions, and never had any issues. However, this experience was a deal breaker for me. Additionally, the fact that there is no phone number to urgently contact them, which is illegal in my country, is concerning.
In conclusion, while the products are nice, there are many other brands that have no issues shipping to Europe. I do not recommend buying from Mansur Gavriel unless you live in the USA.

"This brand is not considered luxurious."
This brand is far from being luxurious, as the quality does not match its high price tag. I purchased a coat for over 2000 euros, and after wearing it only 10 times, the seams completely unraveled. Shockingly, when I reached out to them, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming that their warranty only covers manufacturing defects for a year. This is simply laughable. In conclusion, this brand offers low-quality products at exorbitant prices, and their customer service is nonexistent.

"This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been trying to contact them for over 10 days now. Initially, I received a response from a person named Ester, but when I replied to her, I didn't receive any further communication. I then reached out to the customer service again, but it has been 7 days and I still haven't received any feedback. Unless I am provided with a substantial discount code, I will not be making any purchases from this company!

"I would strongly advise against choosing this company."
I received a bag that bears no resemblance to the images displayed on the website. The craftsmanship is extremely subpar, and it is evident that this is not the same bag. I have been attempting to reach out to Mansur Gavriel for the past few days in order to return the item and obtain a refund, but I have not received any response even after four days. If you choose to take the gamble of purchasing an overpriced bag from them, be prepared for a disappointing surprise. I strongly advise against it.

"The customer service is extremely unresponsive."
I absolutely adore their products, but I'm quite disappointed that I sent them an email regarding an order on July 12th and it has remained unanswered for a frustrating 9 days. I'm starting to doubt whether I'll ever receive a response 😒. It's truly disheartening when companies treat you in such a neglectful manner.
