I ordered a bag from mansurgavriel.com hoping it would be one of those pieces I could wear with almost anything, but it’s not as versatile as I expected. The shape is cute, but it’s not very practical for my everyday stuff, and it doesn’t really transition from work to casual outfits the way I thought it would. For the price, I was expecting something more useful. I also kind of felt ignored, like the product photos and description made it seem more functional than it actually is. Overall, disappointed.

Trying to return my bag was such a hassle. The instructions weren’t clear from the start, and every time I thought I had figured out the next step, it felt like the goalposts moved again. I kept having to dig through emails just to understand what they wanted from me.

On top of that, it took way too long to get any kind of refund update. For what they charge, I expected the return process to be a lot smoother. i don’t think I’d order directly from them again

The bag did look when it arrived, to be fair, and I can see why people like their style. But for the price, I just thought it would feel more special overall. Customer service was also a bit slow and didn’t really help much, though maybe they were just busy. I’m sure others have had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I don’t know, I wanted to like it, but the stitching started coming apart way sooner than I expected. It just kind of feels cheap overall, like it wasn’t put together that well.

I ordered the bag in sand because it looked like a warm beige online, but in person it came across more yellowish and kind of dull. To be fair, colors can definitely look different depending on the screen, but I still wish there had been more customer photos to get a better idea. For the price, I was disappointed

But after using it for a while, the inside just drives me a little crazy. There aren’t enough useful compartments, so my keys, wallet, lip balm, and makeup all end up in one big pile. For the price, I really expected it to be more practical. It looks great, but for everyday use, it’s kind of a hassle.

I wore this twice and the corners already look beat up. i’m annoyed because it wasn’t clear from the description or anything that it would scuff this easily. I expected it to hold up a lot better.

My order arrived in a flimsy box with barely any padding, and the dust bag was all wrinkled. The box looked like it had been crushed a bit too, lol. For the price, I expected much better packaging. It just felt kind of cheap and careless

They did eventually reply and everything got sorted out, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just kind of expected a faster response, especially for the price. Overall it was fine, I guess, but there’s definitely some room to improve.

I sent my order back and thought the hard part was over once tracking showed it had been delivered. Like, okay, great, they have it now, so the refund should be moving along, right?

But then I ended up having to email more than once, and every reply was basically some version of “it’s processing.” No real timeline, no clear answer, just me checking my account and thinking, okay… so when exactly is this happening?

I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have. For something that wasn’t exactly cheap, that kind of waiting around is really frustrating

The design just feels boring and unfinished to me. I was hoping for something more polished, but the site looks weirdly plain. I also had to chase them for updates, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be...
